You data are collected and processed on the basis of legitimate interest and stored in a computer file by Dune Interactive in order to issue an exhibition access badge, which also allows you to be recognised and identify yourself directly with exhibitors and participants who are equipped with badges readers.
During your visit to the exhibition, if you allow certain exhibitors to scan your visitor badge, your personal data will be collected by the exhibitors (with the exception of your dates and places of birth and the scan of your identity document) who could, as data controllers, send you commercial advertising directly.
By registering for this exhibition, you may also receive invitations at your email address to take part in the BTOB meetings or visit other events organised by Dune Interactive.
The recipients of your data are those individuals authorised within the company Dune Interactive in charge of processing, and potentially authorised staff of our subcontractors in charge of Pre-registration operations and on-site access control or organisation of the BTOB meetings. The recipients of these data are entirely located in the European Union. In accordance with the official texts of the GDPR 2018 (EU Regulation 2016/679 dated 27th April 2016) – CNIL, Dune Interactive is responsible for processing that is entrusted to its subcontracts and is responsible for ensuring that they respect them in the context of the contract that binds us.
Your data is kept until the end of the exhibition to provide you with the Service ordered and to respond to your requests. With the exception of your email address, your personal data including that relating to your date and place of birth and the scan of your ID will be deleted at the end of the exhibition and no later than November 7th 2024. Your email address will be kept in order to send you an invitation for Dune Events, or any other events organised by Dune Interactive.
You have a right to access your data, rectify and delete it, as well as a right of limitation, portability and a right of opposition. We will do everything in our power to respond satisfactorily to your requests. If, for any reason, you consider that our response is not satisfactory, we inform you that you can submit a complaint to the CNIL.
